There are many old tea trees there which were originally planted by nomadic peoples and then abandoned long ago. They reach fifteen to twenty meters tall. Local farmers have to climb the trees to hand-pick the tender buds and youngest leaves from the highest branches. For this white tea, the fresh leaves undergo minimal processing: careful withering followed by gentle drying - that's it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2025 Spring harvest.
