It's very round and very sweet, with ripe fruit and jam notes. Crisp, but with no harsh astringency, and the roast is very well integrated. Overall an excellent value.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnusually for a dancong, it's a blend of several Phoenix Mountain cultivars rather than a single variety. Produced without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
